Deborah D. Lattimore's photography has been featured in numerous publications, including Popular Photography magazine; San Francisco Chronicle; Oakland Tribune; Pacifica Tribune; San Mateo Times; Artsopolis; the Examiner/Independent; Schmap Guidebook to San Francisco; Reno Gazette-Journal; Digital Photo Journal; Artkrush; JPG; Light Leaks; FILE; MAX; and Utata. Her "Boy and Dog" silhouette will be on the cover of the book Tantamar, to be published by Blackwater Books in fall 2008. Pearl Izumi has chosen her "Runner" silhouette as a hangtag on 50,000 pieces of apparel. She was a runner-up in BBC Photographer of the Year 2006. Her photography has been published in several books and featured on many websites, including Coastside Land Trust and Pocobor. She is a former member of the Bay Area Photographers Collective, contributing photographer to the Pacifica Tribune, and mentor to the Pacifica 4H group of young photographers.

Lattimore's photos have been exhibited in San Francisco; Mendocino, CA; Pacifica, CA; Washington, D.C.; Reno, NV; and Paris, France.

In August 2005, Lattimore was honored to be asked by Flickr to present her work at the San Francisco Apple Store; in April 2008 she participated in the Photographers Interest Group panel in Palo Alto, CA; and on June 8, 2008, she conducted a photography workshop for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy in San Francisco.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium selected one of her ocean photos as a second runner-up in the World Ocean Day photo contest.

Lattimore is a photographer for Moment by Moment, a group of professional photographers who capture a child's journey, providing lasting memories for families of children diagnosed with potential life-limiting illnesses.
